Develop a scalable events activation strategy and on-premise suite of visibility items that bring to life Viarae as a celebration of La Dolce Vita and Black Joy.
Along with engagements, we conceptualized two themes for the activation: A moody theme for the event held at night and a bright theme for the daytime. As well as designed POS items to be used during the event.

With this activation, we’ll mix Italian textiles and vibrant colors, to showcase the power of boldness—without shame.

Let’s hop on the “Get Ready With Me” trend by bringing in a
make-up artist to create vivacious looks for all guests.
Each glam will be unique to one’s personal style but all will have a metallic “V” logo flash tattoos on their cheekbones. We can also provide these as giveaways.
These sessions may double as content for Viarae’s social media, as we’ll have our guests getting ready with us for brunch, festivals, or just a girls’ night out.

We’ll have Issa Rae’s favorite DJ, DJ R-Tistic, play a set to get the party going. This DJ has previously cameoed in Insecure, Beyonce’s Renaissance Club, and Issa Rae’s Birthday party. Guests can savor the moment and take the vibes home through a Spotify code that will be highlighted on event signage and branded giveaways.
